Lying at the base of the Montgo-massif we
build mediterranean villas with spacious terraces surrounded by round
arches in Tosca-sandstone. The plots have between 400 and 1.000m2 and
most of them are provided with a beautiful view of the sea and Denia
Castle.
Our villas generally are provided with a spacious living and dining room, two-three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The use of Tosca sandstone in the interior design of the houses and on the terraces emits an elegant and at the same time rustic atmosphere.
Naturally we are always prepared to help you with individual changes for a specific house.
Our standard villa has the main living
area situated on the first floor in order to make the most of the
beautiful view. This way important garage space is also gained and the
possibility to increase the living area with an apartment on the ground
floor. As well as our standard buildings we can also construct villas “a
la carte” aimed to completely satisfy the tastes of our clients. 
Only the best materials are employed in our villas. The sanitary installations as well as the floor and wall tiles have an excellent quality. Windows and entrance doors are in white PVC with double glazing and security glass and all villas are fully equipped with central heating. The outer walls are completely insulated with an air chamber and special insulating material is applied inbetween the inner brick wall and the outer block stone wall.
The selling price also includes a pool with a shower and a fully equipped pump house. At the same time we include a landscaped garden with lawn, hedges all around the plot and several palm trees and plants as well as a natural stone sidewalk around the house and car entrance. Of course there still remains enough space to add a special touch to the garden with flowers and plants of your personal choice in order to convert your garden into a little paradise.

Denia is situated right in the middle of two international airports: Valencia and Alicante. But you can access easily via the Mediterranean motorway which passes close by.
